Description This test case verifies that an Event creator is not able to edit or/and change time settings on the Event Draft page with invalid data

Pre-requisites Steps to be fulfilled before the test:

1. Move to EventsExpress
2. Authorize as the User1
3. Event Draft must be created by the Authorized User
4. Click the link 'Draft' on the left sidebar
5. Choose the Event Draft
