Description This test case verify that every authorized user is able to create a draft of the event just by clicking on the button 'Create event' on the Header

Pre-requisites Steps to be fulfilled before test:

1. Move to https://eventsexpress-test.azurewebsites.net/landing
2. Authorize as User 2
3. Open home page
