As a user, I want to edit or/and change the event location settings, so that I can correct the mistakes made during the event creation process.

Pre-requisites
Criteria to be fulfilled before realize:
A logged user has completed all steps of the event creation process. (epic-14)
Description
1) Field "Country:
A user can edit/change the country of where the event will occur. Min words 1 Max words 50.
2) Field "City":
A user can edit/change the city of where the event will occur. Min words 1 Max words 50.
3) Field "Street":
A user can edit/change the street of where the event will occur. Min letters 1 Max letters 50.
4) Field "Room":
A user can edit/change the room of where the event will occur. Min letters 1 Max letters 50.
5) Button "Add location":
When the user clicks a button "Add location", the system adds an extra row of the Location settings' fields, having the name of each column noted only once in the top.
