[Footer] The appropriate pages (Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Cookie Policy) are not opened on the top while moving through the links of the Footer #381

When using a link from the footer, the corresponding pages are not opened from the beginning (top edge), but from the part closest to the footer.

add useEffect window.scrollTo(0, 0) Bug replace:

start => flex-start index.html site.webmanifest => manifest.json
