[Terms of Services] Rename `Privacy Policy` page and its content #636

Since CraftMerge is dedicated to the Ukrainian business it is required to localize the legal doc texts

Acceptance criteria:

  1. Rename Privacy Policy page to Політика конфіденційності 1.1. Affected Areas:

    • Footer of the website on all pages Image

    • Direct page Image

  2. Change the text on the page following attached file
