[Terms of Services] Rename `Terms & Conditions` page and its content #637

Since CraftMerge is dedicated to the Ukrainian business it is required to localize the legal doc texts

Acceptance criteria:

  1. Rename Terms & Conditions page to Умови користування 1.1. Affected Areas:

    • Footer of the website on all pages
    • Direct page

  2. Change the text on the page following the attached file Умови користування.docx
