Description This Test Case is testing whether moderator can NOT block company if <# of hours> hours pass after the changes were submitted.

Pre-requisites Steps to be fulfilled before test:

  1. Move to http://178.212.110.52/
  2. Admin opened his email
  3. Test Case https://github.com/ita-social-projects/Forum/issues/632 is done
  4. Test Case #640 is done
