A user can view on the map places that have some eco-initiatives or suggest discounts for being environmentally aware (for instance, coffee shops that give a discount if a customer comes with their own cup). А user can start doing an environment-friendly habit and track their progress with a habit tracker.

Environment: Google Chrome Версія 107.0.5304.88 (64-розрядна версія); Windows 10 Pro. Reproducible: always.

Preconditions The user should be logged in as a Super Admin Go to https://www.testgreencity.ga/GreenCityClient/#/ubs-admin/tariffs Main UBS menu - page 'Тарифи' should be opened. Go to any existing card

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click on "Додати послугу"
  2. In fields "Об'єм", "Комісія", "Базова вартість" pay attention to spinner

Actual result User have ability to choose negative value

After entering negative value in the fields "Об'єм", "Комісія", "Базова вартість" error messages about the impossibility of entering a negative value doesn't appear.
