А user can start doing an environment-friendly habit and track their progress with a habit tracker.

[Tagging in comment] User does not receive a notification about tagging on E-mail. #7045

Environment: Windows 11 Home, Google Chrome 123.0.6312.86 (Official Build) (64-bit). Reproducible: sometimes. Created: 07.04.2024

Preconditions

  1. Go to https://www.greencity.social/#/events.
  2. User 1 is logged in.
  3. User 2 is authorized.
  4. The Event is created.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Tab on the button "More" under the Event.
  2. Tag User 2 using special character @ in comments.
  3. Click "Comment" button.

Expected result User 2 received the notification about tagging on E-mail.

Issue still reproduces. Some users received notifications, but some don't.
