A user can view on the map places that have some eco-initiatives or suggest discounts for being environmentally aware (for instance, coffee shops that give a discount if a customer comes with their own cup). А user can start doing an environment-friendly habit and track their progress with a habit tracker.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://www.pick-up.city/#/ubs

  1. Log in to the site as a user
  2. Click on 'Мій профіль' button at the top of the homepage'
  3. Click on 'Дані користувача' tab in the sidebar
  4. Click on 'Редагувати дані' button Pay attention to the 'Місто', 'Вулиця' and 'Будинок' fields

Actual result The borders of 'Місто', 'Вулиця' and 'Будинок' fields are not displayed .

Expected result The borders of 'Місто', 'Вулиця' and 'Будинок' fields are displayed .

This bug still is reproduced
