As a cooperation admin I want to have a page where individual membership fee is automatically calculated so that I can easily see information about each apartment's owner monthly membership fee amount
Preconditions:
The user is registered in the system.
The user is a cooperation admin.
The user is signed in the system.
The relevant cooperation is chosen from the dropdown list on the header.
Description
The user can open a <Розрахунок> Calculations page by clicking on the <Розрахунок> Calculation component title on the <Нарахування> card in the <Фінанси> financial section page.
The <Розрахунок> Calculations page contains:
2.1. a table <Розрахунок> with apartments/owners information and calculated apartment's owner monthly membership fee amount
2.2. tools panel
The <Розрахунок> table contains filled in data about apartment's owner of each apartment in following columns:
a. <Особовий рахунок> Personal account number with information icon and pop-up text message <Iдентифікатор, за яким здійснюється розрахунок за комунальні послуги між споживачем і обслуговуючою компанією>
b. <ПІП> Surname and initials
c. <Приміщення> Apartment type and number
d. <Площа> Area
e. <Тариф> Tariff
f. <Нараховано> Calculated
The data in the columns a-d (see p.3) contains information from the table <Список квартир в будинку > in the section ОСББ > Квартири > Інформація про квартиру.
The data in the <Тариф> Tariff column contains information from the table <Управління тарифами> Management of Tariffs in the section <Тарифи> Tariffs.
The data in the <Нараховано> Calculated column contains calculation results: <Площа> Area multiply <Тариф> Tariff.
Tools panel contains a multi-option dropdown list with all buildings in the chosen cooperation.
