[Region Admin, Admin OTG] Administrators cannot see any applications in their region #1269

Environment: Windows 11, 64 bit Chrome 117.0.5938.134 Reproducible: always

Preconditions

  1. Region Admin (Admin OTG) has been created.
  2. At least one workshop is located in the selected region from Preconditions, credentialis
  3. At least one User (Parent/Child)has applied to Workshop from Preconditions

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Region Admin cabinet
  2. Click on arrow or Name at right top corner of page
  3. Scroll down to "Заявки" line

Actual result There is no Applications on "Заявки" tab image image

Expected result Region Admin and Admin OTG can see all applications from theire region

Labels to be added "Bug", Priority ("high"), Severity ("high"), Type ("Functional").

@OlenaYakubova I conducted testing for workshop applications for the administrators of the Poltava region and Kremenchuk OTG and found that everything is functioning correctly. I would recommend retesting to confirm.
