Add a list of tags to workshop.
A list of all possible tags should be retrieved from backend (~100 total entries).
User must choose a minimum of 3 tags and up to 15 tags maximum.

The names of the tags should be returned either on Ukrainian or English, depending on the localisation chosen by client.
Here's an approximate list to use in the test environment, it will change later for production:
