Correct arguments in the function Split in the services :

WorkshopService
ProviderService
AreaAdminService
ChildService
MinistryAdminService
ProviderAdminService
RegionAdminService

Add separate service or helper for validation and parsing search string, consider to store punctuation in a configuration file.
