[SP Cabinet] 'Messages' tab is empty but Notifications show 1 unread message after SP registration #2416

Environment: Windows 11 Home, browser: Google Chrome 122.0.6261.112 Reproducible: Always Build found: "commit 1d0ca5b"

Preconditions

  1. The site https://oos.dmytrominochkin.cloud/#/ is opened
  2. SP just finished registration

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Provider personal cabinet
  2. Click on 'Повідомлення' tab

Actual result

  1. No messages yet appeared
  2. Notification shows '1 unread message'.

Expected result No unread messages are shown in notifications

Info about unread messages is coming from backend separately from chats and isn't managed on frontend. Also not always can be reproduced (in some SPs or parents it doesn't exist while in other does, don't know the reason)
