[Mobile] The icon of the ministry protrudes beyond the footer when using a device with a narrow screen #2563

Environment: iPhone 12 (v. 16.1.1), Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S (v. 12) Reproducible: always.

Preconditions

  1. Go to https://oos.dmytrominochkin.cloud/;

Steps to reproduce

  1. Scroll the site to the footer;
  2. Pay attention to the icons of the ministry.

Actual result The icons of the ministries did not fit into the footer, and protruded beyond it, creating an additional empty space on the right side of the site. image

Note: The problem is best reproduced on real devices.

Expected result All elements of the footer do not protrude beyond its borders.

Labels to be added "Bug", Priority ("Priority: Medium"), Severity ("Severity: Major").

This issue is partially reproduced on an iPhone 12 device.
