(SP: 3) Add redirect when clicking on Student ProfileItems

When clicking on one of these fields:

[ ] There should be a redirect to 'Edit profile' page & block where the field can be completed
[ ] The block should have a backlight to stand out visually
[ ] Once the field is completed, redirect should be blocked

Implement this for every Student ProfileItem
