Add functionality to edit AboutStudentAccordion on the student profile edit page

Updates:

Enabled editing for the AboutStudentAccordion component on the Edit profile page;
Added functionality to save updated data when the Update button is clicked;
Ensured that changes are reflected in the "About the student" section on the user profile page;
Fixed related unit tests.

Important: this PR is linked with PR #1004 on backend. Change the branch on backend to be able to test the functionality in this PR.
