[Admin][Wow-facts] [From Customer] An admin can't reorder wow facts #865

Environment: Windows 11, Google Chrome Version 111.0.5563.147 (64-bit) Reproducible: Always Build found: d61ab6f

Preconditions

  1. The site is open.
  2. Log in as Admin.
  3. At least 2 wow-facts are added.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Scroll down to the 'Wow-facts' block
  2. Try to reorder added wow-facts.

Actual result An admin can't reorder wow-facts.

Expected result An admin can reorder wow-facts.

Rewrite drag and drop in [Tags] and add this functional to [Wow-facts]

Facts disappear one by one during a drag and drop reorder operation. Eventually, out of the original three facts, only one is visible.
