As a user, I want to delete card from the Carousel to manage it.

[Delete] button is putting on each of existing card of Carousel, active.

After user clicks on the button pop up appears and has text: "Ви дійсно хочете видалити цей матеріал з Важливих?" and two buttons

• [Так] - active, closes pop up, deletes material from the Carousel.
• [Ні] - active, closes pop up, materials in the Carusel remains intact.

After the material was deleted from Carousel, the remaining ones change place according to the numbering sequence.

There is "Trash" icon instead of [Delete] button on each of existing card of Carousel, active.

It should be noted that only user who has a right to delete card from Carousel is administrator.

After administrator clicks on the "Trash" icon pop up that has text: "Ви дійсно хочете видалити цей матеріал з Важливих?" with two buttons [Так] and [Ні] don't appear.

After the material was deleted from Carousel, the remaining ones change their numbers and they shouldn't have.
