Precondition:
User is on the Settings Important Section page.
Existing Material Section has at least two cards.
Module window opens after user clicks on the [Переглянути] button.
The window has Carousel (#216) with cards from Existing Materials Section in order according to number of cards
and [Закрити] button, active, closes the module window.
