As a user, I want to be back to the administrator section in case I publish new material from it to save my time. #386

Precondition: User is on the administrator section "Важливе" page. User selects the one type of material in the "Створити" dropdown list to create and to publish it. User creates new material and presses the "Публикувати" button on the corresponding page of material.

Description The system should add new material to the resource and open "Важливе" page.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Backspace on the New material page leads to the "Важливе" page.
  2. The newly published material is presented in the pool.
  3. Filters are cleaned.
