[ ] doctor_post_directions table got extended with some frequently-used-together values
[ ] Some heavy logic was optimized using changes to the doctor_post_directions table
[ ] Some bugs with directions.has_posts were fixed

Regarding code smells - just blame Intellij Idea for inserting tabs out of nowhere (I know that it is configurable)
