Profile picture updating #545

As the Admin I want to update the profile picture, so that the Autor avatar will be relevant

icon photo camera button icon allows uploading a new photo. After pressing on the photo camera icon, the modal window opens, and the Admin could download the needed image from PC.

Acceptance criteria:

  1. The icon button should be active
  2. Only the image formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC) should be presented on the modal window; window
  3. After opening, the image should be cropped to a circle aligned to the center and displayed on the personal information screen. image test
