To redesign button Delete #551

As an Admin I want to see redesigned button Delete on Material page so that I could delete material from site

Preconditions: Registered User is logged in Registered User has Admin role Admin opened Material page Button is displayed on every Material Page (Article, Post, Video etc.)

Acceptance criteria:

  1. Admin should be able to delete material by pressing the button Delete.
  2. The button Delete functionality does not change (US #192).
  3. The size of button Delete is enlarged in 1,5 times
  4. Margin-right is applied to button Delete to enlarge distance to button Edit

AC updated:

  1. The size of button Delete is 1.5ЕМ of the default browser font-size
  2. The button Delete is placed within 2ЕМ of the default browser font-size to the right from button Edit
