Ability to record incoming and outgoing phone calls and share them as MP3 or sth.

Note requires adding an agreement to comply and notify the other party that the call is being recorded. Do not record without this agreement

Might need contacts information etc

Find Call recorder apps om GH for reference. Probably using a service that's started from a received broadcast intent with outgoing and incoming calls

We will save it in the format

<in/out>_<phoneno>_<timestamp>.mp3
