Resin Tracker #272

Basic page to show how many resin the user currently have, the countdown per resin/till full as well as various buttons that the user can use to deduct/add resin from

Also add notifications and ability to set alerting resin count (in settings). At that resin count, send a notification. We can use alarm manager for this as we will know when the resin count hits and we can always reset this everytime we update the resin count.
