Wish tracking #277

Add ability to track wishes

Basically tracks the character, weapon and permeant banner wishes. Including the current 4 and 5 pity. Also track if 5* for non Permeant Banner is 50/50 or guaranteed rate up

Each banner will be placed on a separate tab

We will also have the following buttons accordingly based on banner:

We will also have an option to bring up a dialog to configure the total/3/4/5*/guaranteed status to configure the page initially

Also present a pie chart and a table showing the statistics as well

We may look into communicating with the API directly to retrieve wishes (if it is not against ToS) as well. This will be a future update though
