Right now it issues 3 separate API calls to obtain data on the 3 public bus services available. Tweak the API to accept a CSV input of bus services and stop IDs and return the relevant bus information so that we can condense it into 1 call

Web API portion done. It now allows you to use a query string param called "CSV" to pass in the values in the respective order ":;"
