Venture labs startups #431

Description

Create a startups section for the venture-labs page -The startups section contains the various ways startups are engaged with Elewa.

To achieve this, we needed to:

-  Sync with main to ensure the venture-labs component is available
-  Create a branch
- generate a new component within venture-labs using nx g c venture-labs-startup
