• [x] example_sp/djangosaml2_sp preconfigured for demo in docker-compose, with a bootstrap italia template
• [x] script that finds all localhosts throughout the project (docker-example) and replaces them with the given FQDN
• [x] fix docker compose ENV variable loading -> remove setup scripts of string replacement. Remove apply_conf.py and use placeholders/tags in yaml to load values from docker ENV (like documented by @MdreW and @scolagreco)
• [x] add support and pre-configuration for pyeudiw
• [x] add pyeudiw documentation ref in the README/Setup sections
• [x] documentation review (WiP in branch eudi)
