Move the API template from api-starter-kit to this repository #659

I expect

This repo to be self-contained wrt template files.

Instead

it loads the template from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/teamdigitale/api-starter-kit/master/openapi/simple.yaml.src

Note

The API template (in Italian and English) should be in this repo.
