Conflicting info regarding licensing #679

Hi @ioggstream,

I can find conflicting licensing info in this repo. One is here: https://github.com/italia/api-oas-checker/blob/0253435371063f875024453c46df53006b3d4bfb/public/errorfile.yaml#L40-L42

the other one: https://github.com/italia/api-oas-checker/blob/5d061afeecef99c3b0ee0888da400a9376a2db99/package.json#L72

and the third one: https://github.com/italia/api-oas-checker/blob/878b62712db83d890e31e9d33f74e1ab29a863c9/publiccode.yml#L58

I guess it's better to harmonize this if possible.
