Added a submodule pointing to api-oas-checker-rules to externalize part of the rule management.
Added option to select the rules from the Italian Interoperability Model (available in api-oas-checker-rules).
Added option to display only errors.
Added sorting of corrections: errors first, followed by warnings, info, and hints.
