Lighthouse action randomly crash #1204

In PR the lighthouse action build often randomly crashes during the process of creating og:images (which uses the gatsby-plugin-satorare plugin).

The log says it fails to load several images from https://designers.italia.it. I think it is something like "overloading" due to several concurrent PRs regenerating all the og images with each build. Could be?

In my opinion we need to investigate the possibility of making the plugin working only in production... and not on every PR build. Feasible? WDYT @bfabio @astagi ?
