Add contact information in the email sent #55

The email sent should contain some information regarding who to contact in case of problem or in order to have more insights regarding what's needed next (like create publiccode). Maybe a couple of links and an email address could be enough.

Do you already have in mind which would be links and mail addresses that must be in there?

We decided to remove the footer indicating a pale link to Developers Italia and maybe insert something more valuable like, e.g., a link to the Developers Italia contacts page (somewhere in the body of the email). @sebbalex
