Add an Hacktoberfest icon to /en/to-do

The icon for the Hacktoberfest type in https://developers.italia.it/en/to-do is generic and not really descriptive.

We should make an Hacktoberfest themed icon (maybe a pumpkin? :jack_o_lantern:) with the style of the existing icons and use it in that page.

Did you have an icon that will using or I have to make an icon then using that icon to implement ? and which page you would like to apply that icon ?

Hi @newasia2538, we don't have the icon, so it needs to be designed and then placed in this page

I designed something simple, let me know if you like it. I used the Gabriola font.

Not a pumpkin one but the original Hacktoberfest icon. Made some changed around the letter and changed the color

@masihtak I'd rather not use a proprietary font as the icon

@Sid-Lais I think that one will be hard to recognize when scaled down to icon size

We should aim for something simple and symbolic like the other icons are.

Hi @bfabio. I have a few options and was trying to submit a PR but can't get Docker to run the app. I know where the icon needs to be placed and can just submit the PR but don't want to do that without testing. Since I can't get the app to run at the moment I'll post what I have here (I was leaning towards using 'A'). Please let me know if any of these would be acceptable as the icon. If so I will continue trying to solve the Docker issue and submit a PR. Thanks.
