Port the interoperability section to Next.js #1465

Currently the interoperabiliy page is at https://github.com/italia/next.developers.italia.it (Gatsby), so it should be straightforward to port it to Next.js.

As we want to get rid of next.developers.italia.it (#1473), porting it first would make sense.
