fix: Wallet Attestation Request #349

This PR aims to solve this issue: https://github.com/italia/eudi-wallet-it-docs/issues/346

Changes implemented:

Replaced the "public_jwk" member, which represented the corresponding asymmetric public key, with cnf directly (which is a JSON object, containing the public part of an asymmetric key pair owned by the Wallet Instance).
Added vp_formats_supported to the Wallet Attestation Request claims table.
