this technical specification should include the request flow allowing a holder to reach the VCI to notify wrong data and asking check and correction for the reissuance of the credentials

improvement:

the user obtaining a credential with wrong data should be able to reject the credential and type a motivation. This motivation would be included within the error description message, used in the notification endpoint provided by the credential issuer.
