We put in draft this PR as this topic requires further analysis also coming from EU

We cannot use SAML profile in wallet architecture and we are aware that having legal person schemas in IT-Wallet might appear premature since there are no clear guidance about this topic in both the ARF and the Implementing Acts.

We have decided to move this PR as draft for now
