Credential suspension use case #468

The current version of technical specification only describes revocation flows. As we already have a suspension use case for mDL, do we need to introduce a kind of suspension flow in the Credential Lifecycle section?

We need to enrich the text with the suspection requests, made by giurisdictional authorities and any other.
