This PR is relative to Issue 195. This pr adds the docstring for module openid4vp and it also apply a code refactoring on the module and resolves the following todos:

what if the credential is not a JWT? -> Issue https://github.com/italia/eudi-wallet-it-python/issues/114
automatic detection of the credential -> Issue https://github.com/italia/eudi-wallet-it-python/issues/114
detect if it is encrypted otherwise ... here we support only the encrypted jwt
