[ ] logout - add settings.LOGOUT_TESTS

It would be a usefull to have also a '--logout-url' to trigger a logout request to check and give back a logout response to check the behaviour the SP

@damikael I moved this feature in this separate issue

Ok, --logout-url must works with xml, url or html form like --authn-url
