README.md references /add-user, but there's no such endpoint (it used to there) and the form is at the bottom of the /user page.
I think it should be brought back because the functionality is kinda hidden especially if there are a lot of users: you need to scroll all the way down which is something you might not do if you don't know the form is supposed to be there.
