Use 'lookup' function instead of 'hiera' #7

'hiera' function is deprecated in puppet5 https://puppet.com/docs/puppet/5.0/hiera_migrate_functions.html

The fix has been tested against puppet 4.6.2 for back-compatibility. The module is no more compatible with puppet 3.8.*
