Hi edoardocostantinidev, we work in smart working full time for all employees (we have a Company Office in Rome, but we use it only for customers or occasionally) Inside the data JSON file, I inserted these attributes:

"remote_policy": "Full", "hiring_policies": [ "Direct" ]

I see that JSON data are similar to other companies. Do you need other information?

@lukin0z direct experience from employees is fine thanks! We were wondering whether it was actually remote because I couldn't find info about it on the website.
