Unable to read external drive. #184

First, thank you for this amazing patcher.

The issue occours when I crate new bottle and installs Steam. Since Mac's storage chips are made out of gold, I chose to install my games on a external drive. However, after using CXPatcher, any bottle created will no longer able to open external drives. The drive is visable through /Volumes , but attempts to open this folder will always fail. There are no warnings or pop ups for this error, I am just unable to add my game install path to a drive letter or open in any way within this bottle. I tried to add full disk access in settings manually, but no luck to this issue. Looking forward to a fix soon.

I do the same, And currently I have no issues with it but maybe i'm just lucky. One workaround could be by executing any .exe file that's inside that external drive by using the bottle's context menu:

After that you maybe be prompted to give permissions to Crossover to access that drive.

Confirmed, this method did solve the issue, it was a permission issue all along.
