Add the CrossOver app selector #37

This adds an ability to select the CrossOver app using macOS Open panel.

@zorikon I like the approach it improves the experience, please bear with me because there's some work for the gptk integration coming upstream that may cause conflicts, that's why I didn't merge it yet.
