Reformat README.md #71

Some reformatting to bring the README file more in line with ‚proper’ Markdown.

Inline HTML for images has been left untouched. Inline HTML for links has been converted to Markdown.

Furthermore, some minor Style changes e.g., crossover → CrossOver

Also, I changed: "Dx12 games will not work via gptk" to "DX12 games will now work via gptk". The original sentence seems to be contradictory, to what gptk is intended for.

Thanks, autocorrect got me there i guess
